Do My Color provides a personal color analysis generated from a photo you submit. By using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Do My Color. Do not submit photos of children under 13.

You own the photographs you upload. Uploading a photograph to Do My Color does not transfer ownership of it to us.

You confirm that you own, or have the necessary rights and permission to submit, every photograph you upload. If the photograph shows another person, you must have that person’s permission for it to be submitted and processed for a color analysis. Do not upload photographs you do not have the right or authorization to submit, and do not upload illegal, abusive or sexually explicit content.

You grant Do My Color a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, analyze, reproduce as technically necessary, create derived images from, maintain and improve the photographs and other content you submit, solely as necessary to operate and provide Do My Color and your personalized experience — including producing, regenerating and improving your analysis, reports and personalized features, and maintaining, troubleshooting and securing the service. This license ends when your content is deleted, subject to the retention exceptions described in the Privacy Policy.

This license does not permit us to:

• Sell your photographs.
• License your photographs as stock imagery.
• Use your photographs in advertising without your separate permission.
• Publicly display or publish your photographs.
• Use your photographs for facial recognition or to identify individuals.

Your color analysis is style guidance produced with the help of AI. It is subjective, depends heavily on photo lighting and quality, and is not a medical, dermatological or professional certification of any kind. Results may vary and we make no guarantee of a particular outcome.

Do not attempt to access other customers’ photographs or analyses, scrape the service, reverse engineer it, or use it to build a competing dataset or model. We may suspend access for abuse or misuse.

Your report is yours to save and share personally. The Do My Color name, site design, report layouts and analysis system remain ours.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and process photographs, the service providers and AI providers involved, and how photographs are stored, secured, retained and deleted.

Some links on Do My Color are affiliate links. When you tap a shopping link and make a purchase at a retailer, Do My Color may earn a commission from qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. Retailers do not sponsor or endorse Do My Color, and Do My Color does not sell retailer products directly — purchases are completed on the retailer’s own site.

You can delete your analysis and photo at any time from your result page. Deleting your photo means we can no longer regenerate or improve that analysis until you upload a new one. Photos are also deleted automatically after the retention period described in the Privacy Policy. The service is provided “as is” and may change or be unavailable at times.

To the extent permitted by law, Do My Color is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service or from styling decisions based on your results.
